How to open dipute
- Login to your paypal and click sent payment

- Choose your payment of want to open case.click view details and search that payment
- Case open payment details
- After that you can view like following page

- There has two reasons.one for haven't recived and other for damaged.select your reason

- Select for category service,goods or ebay items and type massage to seller and continue

- You are open case succesfully and click go to resolution center

- Go to resolution center and escalate your case after 14 days
